Information
Health plan members have the right to get care and information in their language. In most cases, health plans are required to provide spoken and written medical services, materials, and information to health plan members in their spoken languages. This includes interpretation services when a member contacts their health plan, in the doctor’s office, a laboratory, or another medical facility.
