Workfsafe offers technical advice and assistance to legalservices programs who handle injred workers' cases or who provide any level of service assisting people with work-rleated issues.
Worksafe's areas of expertise include occupational safety and health, workers' compensation laws, workplace toxic hazards, trial practice, writ practice, and administrative and legislative advocacy.
Worksafe DOES NOT provide direct legal respresentation for individuals.
