Who We Are
Capital Pro Bono is the premier independent legal aid nonprofit organization in the Sacramento area where volunteer attorneys, paralegals, and interpreters can donate their time and expertise to further our mission of promoting access to justice for the low income members of our community.
The areas of law with assistance provided are: debt collection defense and Chapter 7 bankruptcy, employment law (discrimination, harassment, denial of unemployment insurance, wage and hour issues), criminal records expungement, driver's license reinstatement, basic estate planning, guardianships of the person, and small probate matters.
