| Information | Walk-in assistance is available on a first-come first-served basis for all areas of Family Law, including divorce, custody, support, and parentage. Space is limited to 40 Persons per day. Customers may be referred to workshops for further assistance. Staff cannot assist anyone who is represented by an attorney. |
Who We Are
A family law facilitator is a lawyer who works for the superior court in your county to help parents and children for free. They can provide information on things like establishing paternity and creating child support, spousal support, and partner support orders. They can also assist with filling out court forms, calculating support amounts, legal referrals and referring you to other organizations that help parents and children.
