Who We Are
The LGBT Asylum Project is a Qualified Legal Service Provider exclusively dedicated to providing accessible legal representation for LGBT asylum seekers fleeing persecution due to sexual orientation, gender identity, and/or HIV status.
If you are an LGBT person from another country and are currently in the USA, or if you are seeking suppport with DACA applications/renewals, click HERE to fill out an intake form.

Legal services for removal proceedings are available to asylum seekers with cases scheduled in San Francisco, Concord, or Sacramento immigration courts. |

| Eligibility Restrictions | The LGBT Asylum Project provides support to immigrants in the San Francisco Asylum Office jurisdiction (from Bakersfield, CA to Seattle, WA), who identify as LGBTQ+, and have been persecuted or have fears of future persecution if they return to their home country. If you are currently in removal proceedings - the LGBT Asylum Project can only provide legal services if your case is scheduled in San Francisco, Concord, or Sacramento immigration courts. The LGBT Asylum Project is unable to accept or assist cases that are already in process. |
