APPOINTMENT
Information

Our intakes and appointments are done through the phone. In some circumstances, a client can request an in-person appointment. Our hours of operation are Monday-Wednesday 8:30am - 4:30pm; we are closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm. On Thursdays our hours of operation are 1pm-4:30pm. On Friday's our hours are 8:30am-12:30pm.

Who We Are

Senior Citizens Legal Services (SCLS) provides free legal services to elderly residents of Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties. The highest priority of the organization is to defend the right of the elderly to quality health care, social integration, to secure their persons and property, and to be free of discrimination on the basis of age or disability.

Eligibility Restrictions

To receive services, an individual must be at least 60 years old and be a resident of either Santa Cruz or San Benito Counties.
