Who We Are
The Facilitator provides no cost assistance to parties who are representing themselves in their government child support cases. The Facilitator's office can provide information regarding child support procedures and document review. The Facilitator's office does not fill out forms for you.
The Office of the Family Law Facilitator is available to help both parties who have questions about child support issues and how to proceed with a legal action regarding these issues. The Family Law Facilitator is not your attorney and no attorney-client relationship is created as a result of any information or services provided to the party by the Family Law Facilitator and/or staff. This means that communications are not privileged and that services may be provided to both parties to a case.
Please Note: The Facilitator is not affiliated with the Department of Child Support Services. The Facilitator is an employee of the Court.
