Who We Are
My Sister's House is a nonprofit organization that serves Asian and Pacific Islander and other underserved women and children impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking by providing a culturally appropriate and responsive safe haven, job training, and community services.
My Sister’s House Legal Department provides trauma-informed legal assistance and advocacy to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. We offer free support with restraining orders and family law matters, including child custody, child support, spousal support, and dissolution of marriage. Our team provides consultation, assistance with completing legal documents, and limited-scope representation on a case-by-case basis to help survivors achieve safety, stability, and independence.
