At Legal Services for Seniors, we believe every older adult deserves access to justice, security, and peace of mind.
As a nonprofit serving Monterey County, we provide trusted legal assistance and representation to individuals age 60 and older—at no cost. Our team helps seniors navigate critical issues such as housing, estate planning, and protection from elder abuse.
We are committed to ensuring that no senior faces legal challenges alone.

Legal Services for Seniors assists in most civil areas of law - from counsel and advice to Superior Court representation in Financial Elder Abuse, Eviction Defense, Probate Guardianships and more. Also assist in Administrative Law hearings for Medicare, Medi-Cal, etc.
