Who We Are
Legal Assistance to the Elderly provides legal advice and representation in select civil matters, including housing (tenants only), public benefits, elder abuse prevention, nursing home terminations, consumer and debt collection issues. LAE also provides end-of-life planning services. We are a member of the Excelsior Legal Collaborative which provides legal representation to residents of San Francisco's Supervisor District 11 in additional matters.
