Information

Intake is almost entirely performed by phone, but occasionally may proceed through website interface. In-person intakes are generally not available. For clinic events, intake may take place prior to the clinic by phone or email, or at the clinics.

Who We Are

Through advocacy, education, and the provision of free and low-cost legal services, the ELDR Center strives to ensure dignity and justice for members of our communities who are elderly, living with disabilities, or experiencing homelessness.

Income Guidelines

To qualify for free service, income needs to be at or below 200% of federal poverty limit. For sliding scale fee services, income needs to be at or below 350% of federal poverty limit.

Eligibility Restrictions

Separate from income limits, some people age 60 or over may qualify.
