Who We Are

Immigrants Rising (formerly Educators for Fair Consideration - E4FC) Legal Services provides free legal information about potential immigration remedies for qualifying undocumented young people throughout the U.S. Users submit our online intake form and receive a personalized information memorandum that helps them pursue a path towards legalization. For select people, we offer free follow-up Skype or telephone consultation. This free and anonymous service is intended for undocumented young people, including those with a pending or approved Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) request, who do not yet have legal residency or citizenship in the United States. We also provide information related to educational and career goals specific to undocumented people. Users must be under 35 years old to qualify. Service works best with individuals who have access to text messaging or email. Read more here
