Who We Are
At the Center for Access to QDROs, our mission is to close the justice gap in retirement benefit division, ensuring that vulnerable individuals receive the crucial help they need to prepare QDROs without the burden of cost. Our work, supported by grants, QDROCounsel, and generous donations, has already made a significant impact by enabling low-income litigants to secure the retirement benefits they are entitled to, allowing them to live their later years with dignity and financial security.
