California Indian Legal Services provides representation to client matters of Federal Indian Law issue, which may include child welfare, land issues, student rights, cultural resource protection, housing, and public benefits due to Native American Indian monies.

Income Guidelines

For free legal services income must be less than 125% of the poverty level as set by the yearly Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. Also possible assistance for those with income less than 200% of the poverty level if certain expenses are present.
