Your Life, Your Plan
It supports County Law Librarians in helping their library users to create self-help documents for end-of-life planning: advance healthcare directives, powers of attorney, simple wills, and simple trusts. The law librarians provide coaching, but cannot give legal advice. YLYP is set up so that the participant's work product and comments from the Librarian are in a secure online portal, then an attorney reviews the self-help documents and will have a free 30-60 minute limited-scope virtual session with each participant.
