The Family Law Facilitator and staff give free assistance to self-represented litigants (individuals in a legal action who do not have an attorney) in limited family law-related matters.

The Lawyer Referral Service will schedule an appointment for you with a local qualified lawyer for a 30-minute consultation (we cannot give legal advice). There is an administrative fee of $50, which will be charged over the phone with your ATM/Debit Card or Credit Card.

The Office of the Family Law Facilitator provides free services to help people who do not have private attorneys.

The Family Law Facilitator / Self Help Center (FLF/SHC) helps self-represented people with forms and procedures in custody, divorce, support, and credit card debt collection.

The Sonoma County Small Claims Advisory Clinic provides free procedural and legal information to Small Claims litigants regarding their rights and responsibilities under California Law.

For only $50 you get an initial consultation with an attorney who handles your type of problem. If, however, you have suffered a personal injury or have a Social Security appeal or Worker's Compensation claim, the consultation is absolutely FREE.

The Superior Court of California provides a Small Claims Legal Advisor at no cost. The advisor is available to assist with small claims issues and procedures from filing through enforcement.

Social Justice Collaborative provides removal defense, criminal defense, and unaccompanied minor defense. SJC provides full-scope representation in all deportation matters for adults and children.
