The Court provides free legal assistance to eligible consumers representing themselves in civil cases. No representation or legal advice is available, but there is help to process your own case. Can help fill out forms and translate "legalese" in the following areas: Family Law, Evictions, Dissolution of Marriage, Small Claims Actions, Debt Collection, Parentage Actions, Child Support, Custody, Visitation, Guardianship, Domestic Violence Prevention, Other civil matters.
