Bay Area Legal Aid - Contra Costa County Regional Office Bay Area Legal Aid provides free legal services to low income residents of 7 Bay Area counties. (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara). Our priorities are housing, domestic violence, economic security and health. Eligibility is based on LSC guidelines (125% of poverty).
