The Agricultural Worker Health Project (AWHP) assists agricultural workers with occupational health and safety issues, including pesticides and other hazardous workplace conditions. We also represent workers with cases involving denials of rest and meal periods, protective equipment, and wages/overtime. We provide some assistance with discrimination and sexual harassment cases. We also handle employee housing issues.
