We represent victims of housing discrimination that occured in the county of Santa Clara.  This includes discrimination based on race, national origin, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, familial status, disability, age, operation of a licensed day care, source of income, or other arbitrary characteristics.

We also provide legal counseling or representation regarding home loans that are discriminatory or predatory.  We provide educational presentations about the fair housing laws to community members, social service providers, and housing providers.  Feel free to contact us if you are interested in such a presentation.
