| DERA assists applicants, current clients, and former clients of the California State Department of Rehabilitation in advocating for the rights under the Rehabilitation Act. This advocacy includes negotiation for services or eligibility as well as representation at administrative hearings. DERA also advises callers on their rights under Title 1 of the ADA along with providing referrals for other agencies that may assist the person contacting our office. |
